Patara Shoes offers a return and exchange policy that allows customers to submit inquiries within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in their original unused and unworn condition and in the original packaging. International sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. An extended return and exchange window of 45 days is available for orders placed between November 24th and December 25th. For exchanges, Patara provides free shipping both ways in the U.S., and customers will receive a prepaid shipping label once the exchange process is initiated. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned items have been received and inspected, with shipping costs deducted unless the item is defective or damaged. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. The shipping policy states that Patara offers Free Economy shipping on all domestic orders over $150, excluding the U.S. Territory of Puerto Rico. Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours on business days, and shipping times are not guaranteed. Package protection is available for lost or stolen packages but does not cover orders shipped to the wrong address. Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
